Cholesterol in Beer

Beer drinkers can rejoice! Budweiser regular, Michelob Ultra, Bud Light - as well as almost every variety and concoction of beer contain zero cholesterol milligrams - no matter the size of the bottle, can or keg.

Beer, a Perfectly Good Beverage

Take note that this holds true as long as it is enjoyed in a reasonable and conscionable manner.

Abuse of any type of edible or drinkable food or medication which contains alcohol in any amount can lead to addiction in susceptible individuals, particularly in those whose family tree has a history of this disease.

When viewing the data charts below we see that none of the beers, hard liquor such as whiskey and brandy - or any of the other common beverages contain cholesterol content.

Zero Cholesterol Doesn't Equal Zero Fatty Acid Content

It's important to keep in mind that although a food or beverage may not contain cholesterol content doesn't mean that the source is free of fatty acids - or that it's a heart-healthy choice.

Just take a look at the nutrition label on some of the more popular chips and most contain zero - yet when viewing the other fatty acids (saturated, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, Trans, etc.) we see that they are at times, mined with such.

Caloric Content Good Indicator of Fatty Acid Content in Foods & Drinks

Fatty acids tend to almost-always add fat calories to the foods and drinks in our daily diet. Therefore, keeping a lid on the amount of lipids contained within our eating plan is just one very smart method for obtaining and maintaining our healthy recommended weight.
