Mid-Day Energy:
1 pita pocket bread stuffed with the following: 1 cup of chopped lettuce, 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes or sliced tomatoes, 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms, 2 slices of lean deli meat, 1 slice of mozzarella skim cheese cut in half  - and stuff each half into a side pocket. Before stuffing both sides of the pita, mix salad with 1 serving of your favorite low calorie dressing. (allowed 300 calories)

Mid-Afternoon Energy:
1 cup of blueberries (84 calories)
 
Evening Energy:
