There are hundreds if not millions of ways to serve this beautiful grain. From serving with soups to casseroles or with beans, it's also a very economical grain to prepare at home.
Either white or yellow cornmeal can be used to prepare cornbread. They type used will impact the flavor, so it's a personal preference. Both taste quite good. The white cornmeal recipe is a lot milder than the yellow which holds a bold, corn flavor.
