The Symptoms of Metabolism Issues
If you are currently experiencing a combination of the following warning symptoms of an unhealthy metabolism, meet with your doctor to discuss: feeling of unwellness, feeling irritable or sluggish, cold hands and feet - even during warmer weather, intolerance to cold, hair loss in great amounts, or weight gain that cannot be explained.

Personally speaking, I had a bout of acidity issues and after going on a fruit and vegetable diet for just ONE day - I saw remarkable results. My mouth started healing and my heartburn vanished.

Get up from that comfy seat and start moving. You don't have to exercise until your boots fall off - just get up and move. Spending too much time in front of the computer or other electronic device is difficult on the body and its metabolism. Moving about will not only speed-up your metabolism, it will assist in burning calories which combating weight gain. And activity can also assist in losing those unwanted pounds.
