You will need one small head of cabbage - any color. First - shred the cabbage, then add about 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip Light. Add more or less depending upon how creamy that you like your slaw. Next, add a Tablespoon of Splenda OR sugar. Of course, the sugar substitute will keep calories a bit lower, but not everyone is a fan of sugar substitutes.
