Ingredients for this low calorie, low fat recipe are: 2 cups of cooked spaghetti 2 cups of your favorite spaghetti sauce (up to 150 calories) 1/2 cup of fresh sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup of fresh chopped bell pepper and 1/2 cup of diced onions sauteed in butter flavored cooking spray No calorie refrigerated butter spray Parmesan Cheese (optional) Cook sauce add sauteed vegetables.
