Free Diet Menus, Low Calorie Recipes  for Weight Loss

Spaghetti Machete, a reduced calorie recipe

This low calorie, low fat free diet menu recipe makes 2 servings for about 300 calories each.  Portions are very generous.

Ingredients for this low calorie, low fat recipe are:

2 cups of cooked spaghetti

2 cups of your favorite spaghetti sauce (up to 150 calories)

1/2 cup of fresh sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup of fresh chopped bell pepper and 1/2 cup of diced onions sauteed in butter flavored cooking spray

No calorie refrigerated butter spray

Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Cook sauce add sauteed vegetables.  Arrange hot spaghetti on plate top with sauce. Add parmesan cheese if desired.
